Because this resort often sells out months in advance, we have set aside a special room block for our guests. But in order to ensure that you can be a part of our wedding celebration, there are a few important deadline dates that we ask you take note of:


















If you are planning to attend our wedding celebration, we kindly urge you to not wait until the last minute and make your reservations as soon as possible so we can plan our events accordingly. While we have set aside a limited number of rooms at the resort for our group block, there are only a few rooms in each category available. So to book the room category that you want, it's best to contact our travel coordinator MarieSam at Mariesam@wrighttravelagency.com and make your reservations as early as possible.

THERE ARE 3 IMPORTANT PAYMENT DEADLINE DATES
(FEBRUARY 24, APRIL 22 & JUNE 19)

- THE DEADLINE TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION IS FEBRUARY 24, 2026. PLEASE NOTE A DEPOSIT OF 10% OF YOUR RESERVATION BALANCE IS DUE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING OUR INVOICE. 

- THE 2ND DEPOSIT EQUIVALENT TO 30% OF YOUR RESERVATION BALANCE IS DUE ON APRIL 22, 2026.

- ALL FINAL PAYMENTS ON ANY REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE ON JUNE 19, 2026.

IMPORTANT: Your deposit counts as your RSVP. MarieSam will send out payment reminders via email a week prior to the 2nd and final payment due dates. 

*** Any late payment is subject to a $50/person penalty. if your payments are not received by these deadlines, your reservation is subject to cancellation.
