There are only a certain number of rooms available in each category and they are available on a first come, first serve basis. If you are interested in a particular room category, we highly encourage you to book your reservation as soon as possible.

Reservation Cancellation Policy

Any reservation made without insurance is completely non-refundable. No exceptions.

If you did not purchase the travel insurance and have to cancel your reservation you are still responsible for the full amount of your reservation plus the $75 per person cancellation fee.

If you purchased the travel insurance and have to cancel you will be refunded the amount according to the travel insurance guidelines minus the cost of the insurance.

Once a reservation is booked there is a $75 per person cancellation fee with no regard to the reason for the cancellation. This cancellation fee also applies to all cancellations that result in a re-booking.

Any changes made to your booking after the balance due date will be subject to a $25 per person change fee. Any changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed.

We strongly suggest that all travelers purchase travel protection insurance. Travel Protection is not included in the room rates listed above.

The Insurance offered is from a 3rd party and is not part of Wright Travel Agency.

PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS
Please note that up to date passports are necessary for all travelers and all existing passports must be good for 6 months after returning from international travel per current U.S. regulations. FLIGHTS
Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) is the best airport to fly into. If needed, MarieSam can help you book flights to get you the best price at no additional charge. 

All flights should arrive and depart from Punta Cana International Airport. If you book your room through MarieSam, airport transfers to and from Dreams Onyx are included. 

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
We have reserved a block of discounted rooms (minimum 3-night stay) at Secrets Royal Beach Resort & Spa, an all-inclusive resort about 25 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). Our travel coordinator, MarieSam, will be your go-to for booking a room.

**We kindly ask that you DO NOT book rooms directly through the hotel or on an online travel websites as they will be more expensive for you BUT also because your reservation made through the group block will help secure special amenities and perks for our group.** Also, please note that guests must stay at our host hotel to attend our wedding celebration. If you are not staying at Secrets, you will be required to pay a per person visitor's fee to attend our wedding ceremony and reception.
